The two-handle casserole of La Cintura di Orione series, developed with the advice of starred chef Gualtiero Marchesi, allows you to enjoy a professional performance that derives from the combination into one instrument of copper’s perfect conduction of heat and steel’s resistance. It is suitable for braising, stewing, roasting and preparing delicious risotto.
