Lampampe Table Lamp

In the design of Lampampe, Ingo Maurer has taken up the form of traditional lampshades and yet formulated a new aesthetic. The Lampampe shade is handmade in Ingo Maurer’s own production in Munich. The paper produces a soft, completely glare-free light and is slightly crumpled as a deliberate design element. Lampampe fits perfectly with different furnishing styles.

From the very beginning, Ingo Maurer has focused on paper with all its qualities and beauty. As the saying goes: paper makes rooms look better. Lampampe is one of the poetic paper lamps made of Japanese paper by Ingo Maurer.

Details

Table lamp made with Japanese paper and metal. The crinkled paper of Lampampe is an intended design attribute. Not suitable for rooms with high humidity.
