Made of stainless steel, this peeler is strong and functional.  Due to its material, it is easy to remove the dregs of food from the grater by just washing it in water. The slicers ‘V’ shape is well-cut and perfect for thin slicing mandolin style. The serrated grater can be used for carrots, ginger, daikon etc.
